As part of Lumsden Studio, I am going to be writing weekly blog posts about my experience launching a a new photography business. What the journey has been like essentially starting over in areas such as putting together a brand new portfolio.

This blog will also feature stories about my life as a retoucher, interviews with industry professionals, aspirations I have in learning the social media side of things and grow Lumsden Studio’s social media presence, my press shoot day and so much more.

The first post will be all about how I came up with Lumsden Studio, what sparked my interest to start it, why I started it and what intentions I have with this business.
